BlackBerry PlayBook: Κυκλοφορεί στις 19 Απριλίου (ΗΠΑ) με αρχική τιμή $499!
Η μεγάλη ώρα για το tablet της RIM έφτασε, καθώς η εταιρία εξέδωσε επίσημο Δελτίο Τύπου όπου ανακοινώνει ότι το BlackBerry PlayBook θα κυκλοφορήσει στις 19 Απριλίου 2011 σε ΗΠΑ και Καναδά!
Η πρώτη φουρνιά θα περιλαμβάνει τρεις εκδόσεις που διαφέρουν μόνο στον αποθηκευτικό χώρο, 16GB, 32GB και 64GB, με αντίστοιχες τιμές $499, $599 και $699, ενώ αργότερα μέσα στο 2011 θα κυκλοφορήσουν και εκδόσεις με 3G/4G.
Όπως φαίνεται, οι τιμές του BlackBerry PlayBook έρχονται κατ' αντιστοιχία με αυτές του iPad 2, ενώ αποδεικνύεται ότι η άμεση διάθεση του tablet της Apple, ανάγκασε τη RIM να επισπεύσει την κυκλοφορία του δικού της tablet, επιβεβαιώνοντας και τις φήμες που ήθελαν αυτό να γίνεται μέσα στον Απρίλιο.
Μέχρι στιγμής δεν υπάρχει καμμία αναφορά για την Ευρώπη.
